Renaissance is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. It has a Board of Trustees who devolve the day-to-day management to the Chief Executive and the Management Team. Renaissance is supported in its work by grants. Additional income is generated from service delivery.

ACBC Renaissance
Renaissance is the UK based charity arm of ACBC Limited. Renaissance operates as a not-for-profit company by obtaining grant funding and donations to carry out activities in pursuance of the organisation's objectives.
Renaissance works directly with individuals, organisations and communities both here in the UK and globally to support economic sustainability through a solution focussed approach.
We believe with support and investment that people have the power to change and make transformations not only intrinsically to themselves, but to society as a whole. Renaissance services provide opportunities for individuals, businesses and communities to hold the keys to sustainable success.

Renaissance carries out the activities of a non-profit company with the principal objective to reduce the inequalities of health, life chances, and wealth and to encourage and enable all people to collectively play an active part in society. We achieve these objectives through our core work, which is:
- Commerce - Helping to advise and manage corporate business processes both for national and international trade sectors
- Development of the voluntary, community and faith sector - Establishing and supporting community projects
- Leadership and management consultancy - Training and advice to create an effective leader and capable workforce
- Partnership working - Promoting, developing and supporting partnership working to address community priorities and needs
- Projects - working with vulnerable groups that include education, art and sport learning
- Social enterprise - delivering social and environmental projects to reinvest back into communities.
From this work Renaissance can realise the full potential of African Caribbean human capital to enhance their contribution to society at large in business, the workplace and community.
